About

Our Mission

Our mission is to provide an active forum in which Asian American professionals and business owners, through an exchange of ideas and with a unified voice, can (i) communicate, interact, and improve their business propositions within the business community and (ii) become a source of inspiration by promoting professionalism, excellence through education, and community involvement.

Our History

The Indo-US Chamber of Commerce was founded in 1999 by Indian American businessmen and professionals in the Tampa Bay community. The goal was to create an organization that could afford like-minded individuals with an opportunity to work together, grow together, and learn from one another. The programs and services offered by the Chamber were designed to provide the professional community with the tools necessary to continuously evolve and expand their businesses. More importantly, the Chamber cultivated opportunities to network, where business relationships could be established and friendships could blossom.

The Chamber would not be here today if it were not for the hard work and dedication of our earliest founders, including: Dr. Pawan Rattan, Mr. Dilip Kanji, Mr. Prativ Patel, and Mr. Jugal Taneja.
