    Dr. Abby Hamilton is an industrial/organizational psychologist, 3-time TEDx speaker, and author of Speak Up, Anak (pronounced un-KNOCK’): Assertiveness for Filipino Americans. She is the Director of Student Services at Everglades University in Tampa, Florida. Dr. Abby speaks to audiences about diversity and cross-cultural topics.

      Henna is the CEO of WealthCounsel, LLC, a leading provider of estate planning and business law automated document drafting software, continuing legal education, and collaborative community for legal professionals and advisors. Henna provides the vision and strategy behind WealthCounsel’s steadfast focus on the success of its attorney members. She draws from her deep experience in estate planning and her many years in private practice.

      Prior to joining the WealthCounsel team, Henna worked for several prominent law firms on both the east and west coasts, and she had her own successful boutique estate planning practice. She focused primarily on complex planning for high net-worth families and individuals. When leading WealthCounsel’s Editorial Team, Henna developed WealthCounsel’s latest product, Wealth Tracx™, a comprehensive solution for trust administration.

      Henna received her AB in Political Science from the University of Michigan. She received her JD from the Indiana University Maurer School of Law and her LLM in Taxation from New York University School of Law.

        Sara Oates (Mrs. Oates) entered on duty with the FBI on September 8, 1986 and was first assigned to the FBI’s Washington Field Office where she worked national security matters as a Linguist. In 1991, Mrs. Oates attended New Agent's Training. After graduating from the FBI Academy as Special Agent, Mrs. Oates was first assigned to the Chicago Division where she worked Drug investigations. From 1994 to 2000, Mrs. Oates was assigned to the San Juan Division. There she worked Public Corruption, was the Media Representative, Special Agent Recruiter, Applicant Coordinator, Community Outreach Coordinator and was briefly assigned to the Special Surveillance Group. In 2000, Mrs. Oates transferred to the Tampa Division. She initially worked White Collar Crimes violations to include Public Corruption, Civil Rights and Government Fraud. In 2003, she was assigned as Media Representative for the Division. From 2005 to 2019, Mrs. Oates was assigned as Tampa's Special Agent Recruiter and Applicant Coordinator responsible for overseeing the Tampa Division’s Applicant Program. As such, she recruited and hired hundreds of new employees for the FBI. She also managed all Presidential Appointment and Presidential Pardon investigations with links to Tampa for the White House. As collateral duties, Mrs. Oates served as Media Relief, Tampa’s EEO Coordinator, National Chair of the Hispanic Advisory Board and the Tampa's Cultural Diversity Awareness Committee. Mrs. Oates participated in assignments as instructor to foreign law enforcement officials in Latin America. She also participated in temporary overseas assignments in Legats in Europe and Latin America. One of the highlights of her career was her assignments to support the Security Detail of former Director Louis F. Freeh when Director Freeh traveled overseas. Mrs. Oates currently possesses a Top Secret/FCI Clearance.
        During her career, Mrs. Oates was recognized for her accomplishments as the recipient of numerous awards to include the FBI Director’s Medal of Excellence and the FBI Director’s Award for Outstanding Service and Inclusion.
        She possesses a dual Bachelor Degree in Political Science and International Relations from YSU. She is married to retired FBI Special Agent Thomas R. Oates.
        Mrs. Oates retired from the FBI on July 31, 2019 after almost 33 years of service.

          Shilpa P. Saxena, MD, IFMCP, is a board-certified family physician whose passion and purpose come to life through an uncompromising dedication to the “health” and “care” aspects of healthcare. Dr. Saxena serves as Chief Medical Officer at Forum Health and continues to practice and see patients as Medical Director of Forum Health Tampa. In addition to over 20 years of progressive patient care, Dr. Saxena is Faculty with the Institute for Functional Medicine and has served as faculty or physician educator with the Andrew Weil Center for Integrative Medicine, George Washington University’s Metabolic Medicine Institute, University of Miami Miller School of Medicine’s Department of Family Medicine and Community Health, and Universidad San Ignacio de Loyola (Lima, Peru). She joined the Lifestyle Matrix Resource Center team over 10 years ago to help providers, patients and practices around the world deliver effective shared medical appointments through her Group Visit Toolkits. She also continues to serve as the Clinical Expert for the CM Vitals program.
